The WTM Awakening Central Florida gathering held on April 16-18 at Orlando House of Prayer was awesome. I am reminded how important it is for the body of Christ Jesus to join together in unity and one accord as we march towards the same goal. We each bring different "gifts" and the body needs each part so we can function at optimal performance. I pray that we will see revival in our hearts; in our families and for our Nation of America. There is no doubt that we have to set aside religious denominations and our own works and focus on Christ Jesus and continue to PRAY without ceasing. The LORD Jesus Christ is coming back for his Bride and we will be without spot or blemish. The Father is recovering all of his lost children!

I want to thank all of the WTM team that works endless days and hours to bring forth the message of revival and awakening. God Bless you all!

Holy, Separate, and Set Apart

Our class is nearing the end with only one more lesson remaining. This has been such an awesome teaching bringing us to a place of deep spiritual understanding. My students are commenting that they hate to see it end and I must agree! The Lord has revealed so much of his ways and his heart for our lives, and for the nations. When I look at the work that he has been doing in each participants life, I am so amazed by our God. He is truly awesome in all of his ways. May we be forever thankful that our God loves us and has a divine plan for each of us to fulfill! Yes and Amen.

For such a time as this, we can hear the call to be obedient to the Father's instructions, to stand with our brothers and sisters in unity, and to sound the trumpet for the Army of God to Arise; we also cry out: Awaken Bride, Awaken! We are told to walk upright, to not compromise the word of God, to be obedient, love, to renew our minds daily in Christ Jesus, to know that we are Holy, separate from the world, and set apart! Our lights will shine brighter in a world hindered by darkness and the presence of the living God will penetrate through the atmosphere. May His Kingdom come and His will be done.

How do we live in these times?

When God reveals the future,
He also instructs us how to live during those times.

Here are some scriptures (ESV) that will guide you into the life God wants you to live during the days of which we are currently living.

I Thessalonians 4:13 - -19 - The Coming of the Lord
13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope.  14 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.  15 For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.  16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.  17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.  18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

I Thessalonians 5:1-11 - The Day of the Lord
1 Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you.  2 For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.  3 While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.  4 But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief.  5 For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness.  6 So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober.  7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night.  8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation.  9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,  10 who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him.  11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

II Peter 3:10 -14 - 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,  12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!  13 But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. 14 Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace.

I John 3:1-3 - 1 See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not
know him.  2 Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.  3 And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.

Victory is Amongst Us!

Hello Everyone,

I am so excited about the Awakening the Church teaching. I have it sealed upon my heart. If you stand on the mountain top and look out you can see a glorious and powerful move of God. Amen!! When I first attended the National Awakening event and heard John Mulinde speak, I kept saying, Lord these are words of confirmation that you have been speaking to me: the need for repentant hearts that starts with us first, for the church to Awaken and come out of their slumber, and to rise up and take your place in the Army of God! The battle is the Lord's and the VICTORY is in Christ Jesus; we are the willing vessels, submissive and obedient servants and co-labourers with Christ Jesus. Let us rest in him.
I had my first small group class last night in my home as we went through the first four lessons. I can already see the Holy Spirit stirring up hearts. The Lord is so faithful to show up. I set up a specific room and prayed before the students arrived and anointed the chairs asking the Holy Spirit to have his way. The lessons went as planned and we also ended promptly on time. I allowed three hours for the meeting so we had 15 minutes to fellowship before and another 15 minute break in between, leaving us with 2.5 hours of teaching and prayer time. The participants appreciated the fact that the course started and ended on time.
Also, I developed handouts for various exercises found in lessons 1-4. For example, under lesson one it talks about how God created the church to be many things and gives 1-8 explanations and many scriptures that follow. I listed each 1-8 point and inserted each referenced scripture. Another example, under lesson 3, Why Awaken? The Time is Growing Late there is an exercise about what kind of people we need to be and on what we should not be like. I did the same and listed the passages for them on a handout so we could follow along and read together. I noticed as they went through the passages under 1 Timothy 3:1-5 that they were examining their selves and they also asked questions about what some of these things meant: for example what does it mean to be a truce breaker. They all commented how appreciative they were that I typed these handouts with all of the scriptures and how it saved them valuable time. I would like to offer these handouts to any of the leaders that want them.
You may e-mail me at kingdomofstrategy@gmail.com and I will send to you. I am going to do the same for the other lessons as they come up. All in all, I am excited about the teaching and can not wait to see how God is going to use each and every person for His works. Blessings to each of you.

Urgency for Humility

A simple encouragement to all who are tapping into this resource of the workbook groups, let us remember to guard ourselves with all humility. Our group has completed the study, but we pray to not let it not be another knotch on our spiritual belt.

We have even seen in the 5 days since meeting for our last meeting the necessity to guard the end of this with as much prayer as going into it. We must be desperate for God to seal the work that He's doing each week.

May the Lord bless you in the journey!

Giving and Receiving

Giving and Receiving.
Enjoy some scriptures and thoughts on this important subject.

I have been young, and now I am old, but I have never seen a righteous person abandoned or his descendants begging for food. He is always generous and lends freely, His descendants are a blessing. Psalm 37:25,26 GWT

Giving - is to hand over without cost or exchange; present as a gift.
Receiving - is to take into one’s possession, (something given or sent, etc.) to get.

A generous man will himself be blessed, for he share his food with the poor. Proverbs 22:9

If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with love and actions and in truth.
I John 3:17,18
Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27

One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed. People curse the man who hoards grain, but blessing crowns him who sells.
Proverbs 11:24-26

All day long he craves for more, but the righteous give without sparing. Proverbs 21:26

The King will reply, “ I tell you the truth, whatever you did to the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:40

When you make a vow to God, do not delay in fulfilling it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow. It is better to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it. Ecclesiates 5:4-5

Give and it shall be given unto you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Luke 6:38

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all thins and all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: ‘He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.” Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. II Corinthians 9:6-10

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reap what he sows. Galatians 6:7

A good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the just. Proverbs 13:22

Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8

He That is kind to the poor lends to the lord, and he will reward him for what he has done. Proverbs 19:17

“ He is no fool, who gives what he cannot keep, to gain what he cannot lose. “
Jim Elliot

Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your barns will brim over with new wine. Proverbs 3:9,10
ring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, “ says the Lord Almighty” and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. Malachi 3:10

We need to first give our hearts to God, then our possessions will be easy.

“Money is not a goal but a means to achieve a goal. Money was not meant to be stationary but a currency that runs through many hands. It is not a reserve but a river that flows in riverbanks. It should not be just a collection but our connection to a noble work of God which we cannot call our own. Money can make us better or worse. Once placed in the hand of someone who does not trust God, it becomes his God. But to someone with a godly heart, money is always a good seed planted in a good ground which surely will bring forth harvests in days to come.” source unknown

The story is told of a very wealthy man who stood to tell the congregation of a very large church about his christian faith. “ I’m a millionaire many times over and I attribute it all to the rich blessings of God in my life. I remember that turning point in my faith. I had just earned my first dollar and when I went to a church meeting that night. The speaker was a missionary from Africa who told about his work with the people. I knew I had only a one dollar bill and had either to give it all to God’s work or nothing at all. No discussion of 10%,20% or more.It was all or nothing. So at that moment I decided to give my whole dollar to God. I beleive that God Blessed that decision, and that is why I am a rich man today.” He finished and there was an awed silence at his testimony as he moved toward his seat. As he sat down a little old lady sitting in the same pew leaned over and said to him: “ I dare you do it again.”

A Suggestion for the Leaders

We've heard from a few people that the lessons in week 3 of the workbook are quite long. We are suggesting that you direct the leaders of the groups in your city to consider using 2 weeks to complete this chapter.
